Policies like this are in place to draw business. If nike didn't want nike free you to enjoy their policy it sure as hell couldn't survive in place. If I bought $120 shoes 10 months ago and they are peeling away in the front, Or the sole is originating off or whatever, you best believe I am sending them back. $120 shoes should be preserved longer than this in my mind. Up until the past decades, The only shoes that could most likely have kept up to my footware needs for 3 yrs would have been magic shoes that don't exist.
