The Bronx Museum of the Arts is paying tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Jr. as the country marked the 42nd anniversary of his death Sunday.
Road to Freedom> is a series of 130 photographs detailing some of the most iconic and provocative images of the Civil Rights Movement.
The Concourse exhibit explores the impact of the era of social change. Its sister exhibition called After 1968> features newly commissioned and recently completed works by artists born in or after the year 1968,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].

Both exhibitions at the Bronx Museum of the Arts were organized two years ago on the 40th anniversary of King’s assassination.
They will be on display at the Bronx Museum through mid-August.
